At Pracy Naturals, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations, returns, and refunds are processed.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
Before DispatchOrders can be cancelled within 12–24 hours of placing the order.
If the order has not been shipped, a full refund will be processed.
After DispatchOnce the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
However, you may request a return after delivery (subject to return eligibility below).

Due to the nature of health and wellness supplements, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards.
We accept returns only if:
a. The product is damaged during transit
b. The product received is incorrect
c. The product is expired at the time of delivery
Conditions for Returns:
a. Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
b. Clear unboxing video and photos must be provided as proof
c. Product must be unused and in original packaging
We do not accept returns if:
a. The product has been opened or used
b. Customer does not like the product
c. Results vary from expectations (as results differ individually)
3. Refund Policy
If your return request is approved:
Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refund will be credited to the original payment method
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be processed via bank transfer (bank details required)
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
Incorrect address provided by customer
Delivery attempts failed due to unavailability
Delay caused by courier partners beyond our control
5. Replacement Policy
Instead of a refund, customers may opt for a replacement product in eligible cases (damaged/incorrect items only).
